Yes, if you require a special diet please contact our concierge department on arrival, so that we can help you. You will be given the necessary information to enjoy a pleasant holiday, thanks to our kitchen department.

At Platinum Yucatan Princess there is a restaurant where you have to pay to charge your room: the Skylights Restaurant. The other restaurants are included: Rodeo, Aroma, Kotatsu, Bruschetta and Buffet.

The Chill Out Restaurant has to be paid in cash. It is located inside the resort Hotel Grand Riviera Princess and can be accessed by staying at the Platinum Yucatan Princess.

The dress code for dinner in night restaurants is:

  • For men: long pants and shirt or T-shirts with sleeves and closed-toe shoes.
  • For women: casual clothing and shoes or heels.

In the buffet, casual shorts are allowed and a shirt must always be worn.

Room service is included. It works 24/7 and the menu is in the room.

The minibar is all inclusive. There is no charge for restocking and it is done once a day. There are charges if you want additional items before the daily restocking.

Yes, the rooms have a safe. The internal measurements are: 46cm wide x 21.5cm high x 34cm deep.

At the Hotel Platinum Yucatán Princess you can enjoy water sports such as paddle board, Sup Yoga in our club house. In the swimming pool you can practice water polo and aquagym.

Yes, there is a gym. The facilities have weights, treadmills, ellipticals, bicycles, mats, and machines for working specific muscles. The gym is open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

We have 2 holes for Golf practice and it is included.

In addition to everything included in the Junior Suite, the Platinum Deluxe offers exclusive Platinum benefits such as private check-in and check-out, rooms close to the beach and services, a romantic dinner at Canopy, one aquatic circuit at the Platinum Yucatan Princess Spa per adult per week, as well as one introduction to scuba diving per stay.

The Swim Out Suites are available in both the Junior Suite Swim Out and Platinum Deluxe Swim Out categories, and are distinguished by their direct access to the pool from the terrace. In the case of the Platinum category,all the exclusive benefits mentioned above are included

The Honeymoon Suites are specially designed for couples, and feature a circular bed and a whirlpool bath on the terrace, in addition to all the Platinum benefits. There are also versions with direct access to the pool from the terrace, available at an additional cost.

The Master Suite is one of the most spacious options, with separate areas (bedroom and living room), a larger indoor and outdoor area with a balcony or terrace, premium amenities and Platinum benefits, making it ideal for long stays and/or special celebrations.

  • Full Day Pass (9 am to 1 am) → $3600 MXN per person
