Skylights Restaurant features a menu inspired by the delights of Mediterranean cuisine fused with gourmet ingredients. Specialities include wagyu beef, Norwegian salmon, Iberian ham, lobster, foie gras, cod, lamb, and much more!

A restaurant completely different from the others you can find at the Platinum Yucatan Princess. Its eclectic décor will whisk you back to bygone times. Antique objects, such as photo and video cameras, a bicycle from 1865, and wood and metal features are mixed with modern furniture to provide a unique and original style. It also boasts a cellar with a great selection of wines and a black marble bar with a host of delicious cocktails. All this framed by the great view of La Plaza and the best sunsets over the Caribbean Sea.

As if this weren’t enough, the Skylights Restaurant lays on two dinner sittings a month with highly-renowned chefs. The guest chefs and our own head chef work together to create stunning menus for our guests. Experiences include the Prehispanic Dinner, with wild boar, deer and insects; the Aphrodisiac Dinner, with a variety of ingredients known for their aphrodisiac effects, such as the Damiana plant; and the Peruvian Dinner, with typical seafood dishes and desserts using popular ingredients from Peru. All this paired with a selection of wines, craft beers and spirits carefully chosen by our sommelier. A delicious culinary experience!
